We have 60 luxury rooms which come standard with in-room tea/coffee making facilities and turn down packages.

Job Description

  • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
  • Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
  • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
  • Welcome customers and help determine their orders;
  • Accept cash and return the correct change;
  • Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces;
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions;
  • accommodate all guest needs during their dining experience;
  • Keeping the dining room and server stations cleaned;
  • Answering phones/to-go orders.

Requirements

  • OND or equivalent qualification;
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage;
  • Previous experience from similar industry and understanding of Food and beverage department
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
