JOB SUMMARY
Essential:Degree in Music or related field; experience teaching music at the secondary level.Desirable:Experience with musical ensembles; proficiency in one or more instruments; familiarity with music technology.Skills:Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to inspire students and manage a classroom effectively.Creative and enthusiastic teaching approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching & Curriculum:Deliver engaging music lessons to students aged 11-18, covering both practical and theoretical aspects.Student Development:Motivate and support students in their musical growth; lead extracurricular activities like choirs and bands.Assessment:Track and assess student progress; prepare reports and contribute to parent-teacher meetings.School Community:Participate in school events and collaborate with colleagues on musical productions.
