Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our services and value proposition. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Represent Webcilo Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our professional network. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the media, advertising, or communication industry.Strong understanding of digital media, advertising, and communication principles and technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
