About the role
- As a Telesales Associate at AltSchool, your primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential customers.
- You'll play a crucial role in our sales process by initiating outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Your success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is vital, and you'll utilize CRM software to efficiently manage leads and interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless communication.
What you will be doing:
- Identify potential customers and build a database of leads.
- Qualify leads to determine their suitability as potential customers.
- Initiate outbound calls to introduce AltSchool products.
- Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their needs.
- Engage existing customers where necessary and cross-sell to them
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals set by the organization.
- Utilize CRM software to record and manage interactions.
- Update lead information and call history in the CRM system.
