Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our farm team. The Farm Attendant will be responsible for assisting with various farm operations, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain farm fields for planting
- Plant and cultivate various crops
- Weed and control pests and diseases
- Harvest crops and prepare them for transport
- Operate and maintain farm equipment as needed
- Assist with general farm upkeep and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of basic secondary education
- Physical stamina for outdoor work
- Basic knowledge of farming practices preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position requires physical labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
