Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team.
  • The Executive Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing communication channels, scheduling appointments, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a problem solver, and have exceptional organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the daily schedule for the Executive team, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee communication channels and handle correspondence with attention and efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute various documents such as reports, memos, and letters for both internal and external audiences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Plan and coordinate events and conferences as required.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing inquiries, handling the office calendar, and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
