As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and unique. You will be the face of our hotel, interacting with guests, communicating with the kitchen, and taking care of every detail to make their stay with us unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service
- Take care of every detail, from setting tables to cleaning work areas and supplies
- Manage the menu, read and visually verify information, and take a hands-on approach to work
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
