Role Overview:

  • We are looking for skilled Risk Analysts specializing in IT, Supply Chain, or Cybersecurity to join our dynamic team.
  • The perfect candidate will be in charge of evaluating vendor risk and ensuring compliance with security standards, aligning with organizational goals and regulations.
  • This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and reducing risks linked to vendor relationships, contributing to our organization's security and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of vendor risk and security standard compliance, analyzing security controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish risk assessment criteria, methodologies, and scoring frameworks to ensure consistent and accurate risk analysis.
  • Review vendor contracts, agreements, and SLAs to pinpoint security requirements and compliance commitments.
  • Evaluate vendor security documents like questionnaires, assessments, and audit reports to gauge the adequacy and effectiveness of security measures.
  • Identify security standard gaps, vulnerabilities, and non-compliance areas, and create risk mitigation strategies and remediation plans.
  • Share findings and recommendations with important stakeholders, including senior management, procurement teams, and vendor management units.
  • Supervise and oversee vendor risk remediation efforts, guaranteeing the timely resolution of identified issues and compliance deficiencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging threats in IT security and supply chain risk management to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing organizational resilience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Preferably, possess a Master's degree.
  • Preferably hold certifications like CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent certification related to information system security.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in risk management or vendor management roles focusing on IT security, supply chain, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, security audits, and compliance evaluations for vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies like risk matrices, heat maps, and risk scoring models.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing a proven history of identifying and mitigating security risks and compliance matters.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Risk Assessment Tools such as RSA Archer, OneTrust, etc.
  • Vendor Risk Management Platforms including BitSight, RiskRecon, etc.
  • Security Questionnaire Tools like Shared Assessments, SIG Questionnaire, etc.
  • Document Management Systems e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
