JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.Skills: Strong subject knowledge in mathematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning. RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum, tailored to diverse student needs. Assess and Evaluate: Regularly assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support student development. Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages active participation and respectful behavior. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the mathematics curriculum and integrate innovative teaching methods. Support and Guidance: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, addressing individual learning needs and promoting well-being. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and mathematics pedagogy.
