Job Description:

  • Dekina Beauty Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Beauty Sales Representative to join our team.
  • As a representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our premium beauty products, fostering brand loyalty, and contributing to the growth of Dekina Beauty.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell Dekina Beauty products to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product line, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate these to customers.
  • Utilize your network and develop new leads to expand the customer base.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
  • Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in beauty or cosmetics sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with beauty product ingredients and their benefits is a plus.

Remuneration:

  • This is a commission-based freelance position.
  • Sales representatives will receive remuneration based on a percentage of each product sold.
  • The more you sell, the higher your earnings.
