Job Summary

  • As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • This individual will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating the team to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and industry trends.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to help sales representatives improve their performance.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and track team progress against established goals.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members based on their performance.
  • Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and builds strong relationships with customers.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure adequate stock levels to meet sales demand.
  • Handle stock requests from sales representatives and resolve any stock-related issues.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in sales management or supervision.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
