JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting, or related fields.10 years managerial experience (in Nigeria or Africa will be strongly appreciated)Your english level is professional at least, to speak french is a real added valueYou have good knowledge on US GAAP principlesKnown as organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple projects, you have also strong decision making skills and adaptableYou have strong negotiation and financial modeling skillsStrong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a good advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are actively looking for ou next Finance and Administration Manager who will cover Nigeria and Ghana. You will be based in Lagos (Nigeria).ResponsibilitiesYour Main Responsibilities will be to:Ensure business processes, administration, and financial management.Maintains accounting system and finalizes integration of new ERP.Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.Review financial reports, prepare financial forecasts and monthly/quarterly management reportingMonitor financial details to ensure legal complianceAnalyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheetsAssist management to make financial decisionsSupervise accounting, finance and IT teamsInvestigate means to improve profitabilityReview and processes payments of the company.Monitor customer credit and reminders to customersMaintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requestsPerform companies legal updates
