• Candidates should possess a degree with 2-4 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetology, esthetics, or retail is essential.
• Demonstrate expertise in skincare products and leadership experience with a track record of guiding and developing associates.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are required.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a sound understanding of business acumen is necessary.
