Job Description:

  • Design the overall frontend architecture for web and mobile applications.
  • Utilize various markup languages to create web pages.
  • Maintain code integrity and organization by writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, adherence to coding standards, and security best practices.
  • Build reusable code and libraries.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for your work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to align technical decisions with business goals.
  • Work with the engineering team to design and implement new features.
  • Communicate engineering strategy and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Make decisions considering business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability.
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct training sessions to share best practices and new technologies.
  • Maintain application quality and responsiveness.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Assist backend engineers with coding and troubleshooting.
  • Develop features to improve user experience on web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure validation of all user input before submission to the backend.
  • Create web applications that are compatible across different browsers.
  • Balance functionality and design aesthetics effectively.
  • Evaluate analysis, requirements, and proposed solutions for operational feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex software projects.
  • Strong background with 5+ years in Typescript, ReactJS, Webpack, and related technologies.
  • Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on security.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, continuous integration, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure, and tooling.
  • Analytical skills in both technical and product domains.
  • Capability to work independently and think innovatively.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with other UI engineering technologies.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in fintech areas such as Lending, Savings, Payments, VAS.
