JOB SUMMARY

Relevant qualifications with experience.Experience building data products using industry standard toolsExperience with Jupyter notebook and related datavis packagesComfort across a range of data analysis toolsets (Python, R, SAS, SPSS)Excellent at data visualization using Power BIDeep understanding of structured and unstructured databases such as SQL and mongoDB

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an enquiring, precise senior data analyst to contribute to the design and build of analytic solutions that will inform business decisions, drive operations, measure our performance and validate our value as a company.Healthcare data is complex and vast, so you must be excited about sinking your teeth into complex problems, untangling them and communicating your findings to the team.Behind every data element is a real person, with real problems that mDoc is working hard to address, and the Data team is responsible for delivering accurate and timely information to steer these efforts.If you like hard problems, have experience pulling insight out of complex structured and unstructured data sources, and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesUnderstanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progressWork with clinical, operational and research leaders to identify levers for broad system change, pull them, and measure the resultsPerform complex descriptive analyses over production-scale data sets to drive business decisionsBuild-out our real-time reporting dashboards and own early data tooling across Clinical, Product, and Customer Success verticalsDesign reports to steer our value-driven business lines, including traditional and nontraditional success metrics. Work with our clinical operations team to design robust evaluation modelsWork with the clinical, tech teams daily
