  • Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
  • Prepare food in a timely manner
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders.
  • Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with at least 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Chef.
  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment e.g. grillers.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Familiarity with sanitation procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions strictly.
