• Administer and operate photo shoot sessions and outdoor events with precision and attention to detail.
• Set up camera and lighting equipment to capture high-quality images.
• Provide a diverse range of postures and poses for customers to ensure a comprehensive photo shoot experience.
• Maintain and utilize a variety of backdrops to enhance photo shoot sessions and create visually appealing images.
• Ensure studio equipment, props, and fittings are well-maintained and utilized to their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, functional, and customer-friendly studio environment at all times.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' photo needs and preferences before commencing photo sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with market and social trends to inform service delivery options and fashion trends.
• Take a variety of photo shots to provide customers with a range of options from which to choose.
• Optimize the use of studio equipment to capture high-quality images that meet customer expectations.
• Build professional relationships with customers to make them feel comfortable and ensure their maximum cooperation during photo shoot sessions.
• Arrange still-life objects, products, scenes, props, and backgrounds to create visually appealing images.
• Liaise with other staff members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage photo shoot processes to reduce turnaround time and increase productivity.

• OND or Bachelor's Degree in Photography Art is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in photography.
• Proven experience as a photographer in a competitive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting principles.
• Strong creative presence and artistic flair.
• Customer focus with a desire to deliver exceptional quality.
