Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Coffee Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an array of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages. Your role will involve guiding customers through our menu offerings, providing recommendations based on their preferences, suggesting special items, and processing orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to identify their coffee preferences.
• Present and explain the coffee menu, answering any queries customers may have.
• Prepare coffee beverages according to recipes, including espresso, latte, and cappuccino.
• Maintain inventory levels, equipment, and supplies necessary for operating the coffee bar.
• Ensure equipment is operational, perform maintenance tasks, and request repairs when needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to create a welcoming environment.
• Enhance the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
• Provide feedback from customers to management and suggest menu enhancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Coffee Barista.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in food preparation.
