JOB SUMMARY


Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: OND, NABTEB, and Trade test in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a maintenance, project, or installation technician in mechanical/electrical or industrial maintenance
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Relevant degree, certification, or license may be required
    • Technician experience
    • Driver's license
    • Effective multitasking and collaboration with professionals in various fields
    • Clear communication of issues
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions
    • Adherence to health and safety regulations
    • Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in single phase and three phase AC cassette unit operation
  • Perform repair and routine maintenance tasks on equipment, building facilities, offices, systems, grounds, and structures
  • Coordinate with HVAC vendors to ensure optimal functioning of company HVAC systems
  • Inspect, maintain, repair, and install air conditioning systems and building control systems
  • Conduct maintenance checks on HVAC systems; clean coils, drain pans, and filters; lubricate bearings and fans; repair and replace motors, wiring, and more
  • Operate equipment, read instruments, adjust mechanisms, controls, and levels; charge refrigerant; inspect gauges; conduct preventive maintenance checks
  • Perform repairs or adjustments on piping connections and fittings using appropriate tools
  • Replace parts, conduct repairs, and maintain accurate service records
  • Assist in planning installations, modifications, and projects; order equipment parts; support maintenance and repair activities
  • Provide assistance outside regular hours for emergencies and company functions
  • Undertake any other related duties as assigned
