Receiving customers at the spa by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriatelyAnswering incoming phone calls about customer's enquires and bookingsAccurately process, change and cancel spa appointmentsProvide customers with detailed description of spa treatments, packages, services and hours of operationEnsure that all payments made at the spa is handled in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of Diploma1 year of working experienceOrganizational skill
