JOB SUMMARY

Candidates should possess a B.SC in Accounts or related fieldACCA / ACAMaster's Degree in Accounts or equivalent an advantageProven experience in finance managementFive years post qualification experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of accounting fundamentalsProficiency in accounting software Additional RequirementsAnalytical skills.Additional Requirements:Hands-on experience in preparing company accountsConfident oral presentation and communication skills to influence, persuade, negotiate, motivate and agree on commitments with colleagues in a high-pressure environmentApproachable and able to coach and assist colleagues with accounting problems/issuesNumerate and articulate in handling statistics and interpreting information for communication to all levels within the businessFlexible, well organized with lots of initiative, energy and personal motivationResults-oriented and determined in resolving issues and achieving objectivesSignificant experience in conflict resolution and dealing with sensitive issuesA keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into dataAbility to stick to time constraints

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.Develop trends and projections for the Company's finances.Support to conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Supervision and Management of Finance Officers.Assist to prepare the company's budget.Preparation of monthly Management ReportLiaise with audit/tax consultants and finance regulatory bodies to ensure appropriate monitoring and compliance of company finances is maintained.Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.Any other finance and tax-related dutiesAnd any other duties assigned to you in the course of your employment with us.
