JOB SUMMARY

Requirements and SkillsB.Sc or HND in Marketing5 years of proven experience in a similar roleGood understanding of Sales, numerical, and analytical skills.Competencies:Ability to spot profitable outletsSetting and meeting high objectives.Effective communication.Exhibit creativity.Demonstrate integrity.Works well with others.Eye for details.Smart and positive outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and grow business with current and new clients.Generate sales in line with annual and quarterly targets for the area of coverage.Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits as per the journey plan.Develop new customersCollection of payment in line with agreed terms.Monitor and report on competitor activities and pricing weekly as per specified format.Ensure Value Chain complianceCollect sales data and reconcile with Sales Head weeklyAttend to customer complaints and requests.New Product Development - Ensure company strategies and goals are achieved
