JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze sales data and provide strategic recommendations.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a team of sales representatives within the designated area.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
