Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at a reputable elite restaurant in Owerri.
  • The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in food preparation, managing kitchen operations, planning menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and supervising kitchen staff.
  • The Sous Chef will collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals and maintain a smooth kitchen workflow.

Qualifications

  • Culinary Skills, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Standards
  • Experience in Kitchen Operations and Staff Supervision
  • Creativity in Developing New Recipes and Menu Items for STRICTLY intercontinental dishes Singaporean, Italian, Asian, American, etc
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
