Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, following hotel procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process reservations by phone, email, or in person and ensure all reservations are accurately recorded.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash register.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.

  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in computer systems such as MS Office, hotel management software, and POS systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
