University Lecturer

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a University Lecturer at Kwara State University.
• The lecturer will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, grading assignments and exams, supervising student research projects, and providing academic guidance and support to students.
• The lecturer will also be expected to engage in research activities and contribute to the academic community through publications and participation in conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Public Administration
• M.Sc Political Science Public Administration
• PhD Political SciencePublic Policy & Administration
• Teaching experience at the university level
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Research experience and publication record preferred
• Experience in curriculum development preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
