We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to enhance product support and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in Nigeria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide parts support for current and new products to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Assist with complex parts identification to streamline processes and reduce downtime.
    • Ensure timely parts availability for new product launches to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • Support the investigation and resolution of parts-related issues to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop product expertise to support all distribution channels effectively and respond to service parts requirements promptly.
    • Support QuickServe readiness to ensure rapid and efficient service delivery.
    • Follow policies and procedures to ensure ethical competition and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong follow-through skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently.
    • Technical engagement skills, including knowledge of Webparts, QSOL, and other relevant tools for accurate parts interpretation.
    • SAP Sales Process knowledge to manage parts support within the sales framework.
    • Customer-centric approach to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
