IT Officer

Summary: Seeking IT professional with expertise in software development, system administration, and technical support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to optimize system installations and modifications.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve system quality.
• Design, develop, and install software solutions to enhance information systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support across the company, including in-person and phone support.
• Obtain and license software by researching vendors, recommending purchases, and testing products.
• Test new software and fix bugs to ensure quality and security.
• Develop programs to monitor and protect private information.
• Analyze and test programs and products before launch.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
• Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to software products.
• Manage the software development lifecycle.
• Investigate and utilize new technologies as relevant.

Requirements:

• IT professional with experience in software development, system administration, and technical support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues for staff.
• Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and other programming languages.
• Proficiency in web services, API design, and implementation, with experience in Spring framework and web application frontend development.
