Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative functions of the talent acquisition team, including: Paper documentation and filing, Employee database management, Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Assist in the coordination of on-site interviews and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
- Support in review of resumes and cover letters to pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- BSc./HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or human resources role.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new things.
