Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify and list properties within the designated axis.Regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current information (price adjustment or any new information).Take high-quality, professional pictures of all listed properties to enhance their visual appeal.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure visually appealing and accurate property presentations on online platforms.Work closely with the sales/leasing team to provide them with up-to-date information on available properties.Maintain regular communication with property owners to provide updates on listing performance.Maintain accurate records of property details, updates, and transactionsImplement best practices for enhancing property appeal through visuals.Ensure all necessary documents related to property listings is complete and complaint with company's standards.Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market analysis.Stay informed about the real estate market trends in the designated axis.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the specified axis (Ikoyi-Abraham Adesanya).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in photography and visual presentation techniques.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in property information management.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location:

Preferably lives on the island or a commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.Must know how to drive
