Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in driving business development, revenue, and profit by building relationships with potential clients and turning them into happy customers.
  • Work closely with the Category Commercial Lead to help achieve company objectives and growth targets.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, manage client communications, and boost customer acquisition.
  • Meet departmental sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Implement strategies for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Brands to expand product distribution in on-trade/off-trade channels.
  • Proactively find new sales opportunities through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients to generate leads and grow the customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
  • Build and enhance relationships with current clients, exploring upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Seek new clients, establish relationships, and nurture them for future sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related fields with at least 4 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B food and/or hospitality.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in B2B sales and conversions.
  • Have strong existing relationships with lounges, clubs, or restaurants that are easily convertible.
  • Possess excellent numerical, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
  • Be tech-savvy and open to working with/selling SaaS.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.
  • Show proven success in managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
