JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a developer responsible for building applications to help drive internal process automation within a Micro Finance Bank, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts.Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different infrastructure layers.Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is essential.QualificationsProficiency with the .NET frameworkProficient use of ASP.Net MVC and .Net CoreProficient and good knowledge of C#Proficient in Symfony / Slim FrameworkAmple knowledge working with REST / SOA/ SOAP Based APIs using JavaScript and .Net CoreDeep understanding of Microservices architecture and CI/CD.A strong knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus.Proficiency with JavaScript framework (VueJS/Angular)Strong understanding of object-oriented programmingExperience working with finance and payment-related workflow services is a must.Familiar with various design and architectural patternsA strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a MUSTFamiliarity with MongoDB is an advantage.A knack for writing clean, readable code.Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationCreating database schemas that represent and support business processes.Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workaroundsImplementing automated testing platforms and unit testsProficient understanding of code versioning tools Bitbucket, GitHubUnderstanding of USSD code-based programming is a plusEducation / ExperienceShould be able to communicate fluently in simple and clear English.Experience working with finance and payment-related workflow services is a must.Experience working with Core Banking Applications is a plus.Minimum of 3 years experienceExperience working in an Agile delivery environment is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
REQUIRED SKILLS
File management and data back-up, C, C# or C++, Database query languages (SQL, others), Code documentation, Programming
