Join our team as an Accountant and play a key role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile bank and balance sheet statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including intercompany schedules and revenue recognition.
  • Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc reports for investors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and team objectives.
  • Process payment batches and supplier reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Post invoices and purchase orders into the accounting software.
  • Close payable account heads and track aged payables on a monthly basis.
  • Support external audits by preparing supporting documentation and liaising with audit staff.
  • Manage tax computations, including VAT, WHT, and PAYE, and ensure timely remittance.
  • Monitor and analyze OPEX and CAPEX expenditures.
Requirements
  • Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in a large volume accounts payable team.
  • Sage 300 experience or comparable finance system.
  • Excellent financial reporting skills and computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong time management and resource allocation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
