**Job Description**

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the receipt and inspection of goods, verifying quantities and inspecting products for damage or discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, facilitating smooth operations across departments, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• **Receiving and Inspection**: Verify receipt of goods, quantities, and inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• **Product Identification and Labeling**: Ensure accurate identification and labeling of products.
• **Inventory Management**: Accurately update orders in real-time, ensuring inventory levels and product information are accurate.
• **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on incoming packages, identifying and escalating defective or damaged items.
• **Merchant Compliance**: Ensure merchants meet company standards and comply with agreed-upon product requirements.
• **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of waybills, inspections, and inventory updates.
• **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or other issues related to incoming products.
• **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize ingestion processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

**Requirements**

• **Experience**: Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
• **Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• **Knowledge**: Knowledge of inventory management systems and regulations.
• **Education**: A Bachelor's degree or HND.
• **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year's relevant experience.
