Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Control food costs, inventory, and waste management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and laws

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Certification in culinary arts or hospitality optional
