Business Development Executive

The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing and helping clients manage their insurance policies.

As a hybrid role, the ideal candidates will assist clients in making policy changes, provide quotes to clients, issue coverage policies, and manage policy renewals.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients about their insurance needs and advising them on policy changes and other relevant matters.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programsAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience in customer service and insurance sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidateProfessionalism and confidence in consulting with clientsA valid Insurance license or the ability to obtain the license after employmentClient management and satisfaction skills.
