- This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Service Specialist at SnappyCX.
- The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Great personality with the ability to think 1-2 steps ahead to overcome objections.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, text, email, and web chat.
