  • Responsible for managing day to day financial performance of the BU. Ensure regular and accurate financial planning, forecasting, controlling, and reporting and a concurrent costing to optimize the Business Unit profit and cash flow in a timely manner.

  • Provide vision, leadership, coordination, and mentoring support to CPMs to promote staff development and maximize team performance.
  • Drives continual growth and development among the team members.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholder management within the organization.
  • Participating in the negotiations of key contracts, developing commercial agreements for all services to securing favourable terms and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure regular, and accurate commercial project management reporting.
  • Managing customer expectations and execute projects to the satisfaction of the customer, creating additional business opportunities out of the ongoing projects.
  • Ensure that the company risk management methodology and agreed processes are effectively deployed and adhered to and that any significant issues within the business are brought to attention in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting guidelines.
  • Assisting in developing commercial management processes and control measures designed to minimize risk and maximize operational performance of contracts.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal financial performance of Field Service & Service Center, including thorough oversight of utilization, absorption, and project management.
  • Pro-actively managing working capital, cash flow and funding requirements, including receivable collection, credit control and supplier payments.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams in achieving the yearly Business Target Agreement BTA for the division.
  • Drives accounting accuracy, process efficiency and productivity on projects.

What You Bring
Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
  • Certified CPM for "Small or C" Category projects.
  • Experience with Project Management methods, processes and tools.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Accounting Principles FRGs
  • Asset Management
  • Contract/Claim Management
  • Project Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Command over MS Office Excel, Power Point etc...
  • Proficiency with related SAP modules
  • Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills in English
  • Experience with forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience with import/export and logistics topics
