You will also provide initial patient care, perform comprehensive evaluations, and document patient information according to company policies and procedures.

- Provide initial patient care, perform comprehensive evaluations, and document patient information.
- Document all patients' evaluations, including complaint, history, examination, laboratory investigations, treatment plan, follow-up, medications, and transactions.
- Provide health education and support to patients and their relatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality with patients.
- Liaise with other medical staff and clinical teams to ensure patients receive the best quality care.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients' encounters and complaints.
- Ensure patients' safety and medicolegal concerns.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Coordinator or other medical officers to resolve medical concerns.
- Identify and assess patients' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Stabilize patients in crisis by performing necessary procedures, including catheterization, NG tube placement, and other procedures as required.
- Coordinate nurses, clinical, and support staff to prepare patients for surgery, assist in surgeries, and follow up on patients post-op.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medicine.
- Full Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria as a Medical Practitioner.
- Valid Annual Practicing License.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption.
- Minimum of 1 Year Post-NYSC.
