Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will but is not limited to:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Identify potential risks to operations and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and problem-solving.
  • Establish key performance indicators KPIs to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to operations, safety, and environmental protection.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years as an Operation Manager in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in project management, including planning and resource management.
  • Strong leadership and team management, fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Crucial stakeholder engagement, involving effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • The manager should be skilled in risk management, quality assurance, and financial management.
