JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or healthcare sector.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.Proficiency in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and boost sales.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Social Media Management:Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter).Run social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, and special offers.Website Management:Oversee the maintenance and update of the Shopify website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO.Track website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.Email Marketing:Design and send weekly customer communications and newsletters to promote products, services, and special promotions.Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant content.Content Creation:Develop compelling and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.Analytics and Reporting:Use digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.Customer Engagement:Foster strong relationships with customers through engaging and interactive online experiences.
