Join our team as a Project Manager and take on the challenge of leading complex Oil & Gas EPC projects to successful completion.

• Project Planning and Execution
  • Verify the congruity and competencies of detail and construction engineering with a view to the execution phase.
  • Implement the standard Company software on the project.
  • Ensure that the CMS and its updates reflect the current best strategy for project execution, in collaboration with the Project Team.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting
  • Interface with the Cost Controller and Project Control Manager to provide progress information necessary for the approval of the subcontractor's cost report.
  • Establish the main indications for the progress monitoring system with the Project Control Manager.
• Schedule Management
  • Responsible for issuing the Project CMS and implementing all supporting documentation necessary for the progress measurement.
  • Owner of the Contract Master Schedule CMS, based on the project-specific Division of Work DOW interfaces and expected site labour productivity.
  • Ensure that contractual and internal milestones are indicated and monitored in the Contract Master Schedule for all project phases.
• Problem Solving and Risk Management
  • Regularly review and monitor the progress of the project, identifying potential problems and suggesting measures to be taken.
  • Develop the CMS Level 4 integrated EPC Engineering, Procurement, and Construction schedule, in cooperation with all involved parties.

• Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Project Planner software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent ability in the use of spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
