Cashier

Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systemsGreet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.Ensure the security of all cash and financial transactions.Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves when necessary.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

This position is open preferably to a Female candidate to maintain gender balance in the teamProven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.Basic computer skills.

Location: Candidate should be residing in Akwa Ibom or willing to relocate.
