JOB SUMMARY

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
    • Advanced Degree or certification in project management is a plus
  • Specialized Knowledge
    • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies
    • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities
    • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Professional Certification
    • A relevant certification in information systems, Project management, or related field
  • Experience
    • 10 years proven experience in technical project management roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Technical Project Manager within the Enterprise Architecture department will lead and manage technology projects supporting strategic initiatives and aligning with enterprise architecture framework
  • Job Duties
    • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
    • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and manage risks
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
    • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for project initiatives
    • Work closely with enterprise architects and solution designers
    • Coordinate resources and manage dependencies effectively
    • Conduct reviews and audits to assess IT project performance
    • Engage with IT stakeholders to drive organizational change
