JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited institution.Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-call experience.Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Applicants must have a flair for solicitor's workExcellent time management and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide expert legal advice and representation in specific practice area.Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legalDraft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.Attend meetings, negotiations, and hearings on behalf of clients.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
