JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Finance, Accounting, Physical sciences, Business Management or Business Administration A minimum of 5 years experience in Support and Basis activities in an SAP environment Good Interpersonal Skills Good communication skills Good Knowledge of IT Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the activities required to align User roles to meet business/control requirements.Duties Ensure troubleshooting, error analysis, and user coaching. Support day to day users in their use of UNISUP Provide end users and key users with appropriate assistance so as to improve their knowledge of UNISUP, and communicate information about best practices, process evolutions, and new functionalities. Analyze problems and difficulties pointed out by users, and propose solutions compliant with UNISUP standards. Work with process leaders in order to identify recurring issues, and define communications and actions to correct them
