JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Registered Nurse with a current practicing license. At least 1 year of experience in a hospital ward or similar inpatient setting. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the hospital wards, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine patient assessments. Coordinate with physicians to implement patient care plans, and update patient records with progress notes and treatment updates. Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and assisting with daily needs. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient services.
