Procurement/Supply Chain Coordinator

Coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of high-quality products and services for a FMCG company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Negotiation:
    • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
  • Procurement Management:
    • Develop and manage procurement strategies.
    • Ensure timely and accurate ordering and delivery of goods.
  • Cost Control:
    • Monitor and manage procurement budgets and costs.
    • Implement cost-saving measures.
  • Vendor Relationships:
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
    • Resolve issues or disputes with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

This role requires a mix of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage the procurement process and build strong relationships with suppliers.
