Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Campaign Management: Manage and optimize media campaigns on Meta and Google, including local service ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is advantageous.
  • Algorithm Understanding: Utilize in-depth knowledge of pixel settings and Meta ads algorithms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at increasing conversions and reducing churn.
  • Market Experience: Leverage prior experience in the U.S. market preferably in the health & wellness industry to tailor campaigns to the target audience effectively.
  • Independence and Initiative: Drive campaign success, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Optimized Campaign Performance: Successfully manage and optimize media campaigns, leading to increased conversions and reduced churn.
  • Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of algorithms and Meta ads, resulting in enhanced campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in media buying and campaign management, with a focus on Meta and Google ads.
  • Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.
  • Market Expertise: Prior experience in the U.S. market is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
