Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the pharmacy store and staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the business.

• Administration and Inventory Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
• Prescription Processing and Dispensing: Ensure accurate interpretation and processing of prescriptions, as well as safe and efficient dispensing of medications.
• Customer Service and Guidance: Provide guidance to customers on the use of over-the-counter medications and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy store complies with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry standards.
• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of pharmacists, technicians, sales attendants, and cashiers, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Financial Management: Conduct daily reconciliation of sales transactions to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the business.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: B Pharm degree from a recognized university.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of leadership and management skills.
• Registration and Licensing: Be registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask.
• Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to make informed presentations and provide excellent customer service.
